Just when I think we're all done with household projects, Jeff comes up with more things to do! So far the month of November has been a pretty routine month. The boys go to school, Jeff goes to work, and Jonas and I chill at home - still figuring each other out as he grows and changes almost daily. I'm excited to report that Dallin did make the freshman basketball team!! He was worried that his two best friends (Tanner and Tyler) would make it and he wouldn't. Luckily, all three made it! So for the next couple months we'll be attending basketball games. Other than that, things have been pretty quiet...including with work. Because of that, Jeff has put his guys to work at the house. Awhile ago, we purchased additional water rights for the property; however, we didn't have enough ground that we were actually watering so we needed to come up with more areas to irrigate. Jeff has always wanted to create a pasture in the back of the property, which meant that he "needed" to put up a fence around the rest of the property and start to build a little barn. Today the Jeff enlisted the help of the boys too. I love that the boys know how to work. I love that there are little projects that teach them skills that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. I would even walk out there with Jonas and he would get fussy each time we would come back inside. He wanted to be out there too. Too bad this project will be done way before he'll get to contribute...then Jeff will just find another project.
