Spring basketball

For the past couple weeks, Dallin has started spring basketball with Salem Hills High School. (I can't believe he'll be in high school next year!) He has been going to practices to learn the high school plays and get to know the coaches. Today he was asked to participate in a JV game since they needed extra players. It was fun to watch him back in action. He loves this sport! During his season at Mt. Nebo, some of the parents nicknamed him "Captain America" - because they said he looked like him and had his heart. Dallin definitely has the heart of the game. He is the one with the most drive and determination, even if he doesn't have the height or stature of the other players. Here's hoping that his high school basketball seasons will be as successful as his junior high season!
