Daniel's 13th Birthday!

Today Danny officially entered the realm of true adolescence (although in some instances I think he was dabbling in the wonderful world of teenagers much earlier than most)! On Sunday, we celebrated with family. Danny requested Olive Garden soups (which I made) and bread sticks for dinner. He opened gifts then blew out his candles on the only cake he likes - Texas sheet cake.

The day of his actual birthday. Jeff and I (along with Jonas) took him out to lunch. He chose to go to Costa Vida, but I failed to get any pictures. Oops! Still, he had a great birthday. We love Danny! He has a big heart. He loves much and forgives much. He enjoys life to its fullest. He has big dreams and big ambitions. He has the brains and the fortitude to get there. It has been so rewarding to watch him grow and mature. We hope he has his best year yet!
