12 Days of Service: Day 6

It was another busy day and evening in the Southwick home! After tonight though, we are done with sports games/matches until January!! Woohoo! (Did I type that outloud?!) I love watching the kids' events, but sometimes it's just nice to stay home one night! In any case, for today's service the kids signed a card and placed apple cider and Lindor chocolates in our mailbox for our mail lady. She is a trooper! Since we reside in the county, there are times that our snow covered roads are a bit neglected. Still, she's always there sometimes in 4-wheel drive in her jeep to deliver our mail. It was a fun way to show the kids that there are people all around that serve us (even if they are paid to do so)that we can serve as well.
