District Track Finals

Yesterday and today Dallin participated in the school district track finals, despite the rainy, cold weather. He qualified for three different events - 100 meter, 400 meter, and 4x4 relay. He ran great in all of the events, even though he didn't place. I was impressed with his endurance and skill. He never gave up. I could see the pain in his face as he crossed the finish line, but he wouldn't let up his pace. I think he will continue to participate in track as long as he is able. He likes to run, but I think he likes all the down time between races to hang out with friends too. Great job Dallin! We're proud of you!
