Ok...now I know what you’re thinking, “She’s just making up holidays now!” True. I won’t deny it. You know me. I find any reason to make a day unique or special. There are so many mundane, routine days, why not find a reason to do something a little different?! Today is 3/14...or 3.14...the numerical value of “pi”. So for dinner, we had pizza “pie” and actual pie from Kneaders. Just something a little fun and silly to celebrate what would have been just another day.
