Today's service activity was a new one for this year. This year we decided to invite someone over for dinner. The boys discussed and considered several individuals and families, but ultimately we decided to invite the Dunn family over. The Dunn's recently moved into our neighborhood and have some kids similar in age to the boys. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening getting to know this new family. I loved the fact that for the rest of the week I heard Dallin and Daniel refer to the Dunn's as their "new friends". Christmas is all about making and keeping good relationships - both family and friends - so this was a perfect Christmas activity!
